Tonight, I decided to do the Warrior Diet again...
Thing is, I did it before but I ended up quitting. During my time on the Warrior Diet, I did notice I had so much more energy throughout the day. Once I broke it, I realized that I would get tired right after eating.
Some people know how to adapt to eating throughout the day, but for me I find that eating at night is best for me. I find that as long as I stay under 30 calories in my under-eating phase, then I can still power through the day no problem and still be able to eat at night. Falling asleep the moment I'm done eating is always a plus.
How many of you started the Warrior Diet? How long have you been doing it?
