Warrior Diet

Tonight, I decided to do the Warrior Diet again...

Thing is, I did it before but I ended up quitting. During my time on the Warrior Diet, I did notice I had so much more energy throughout the day. Once I broke it, I realized that I would get tired right after eating.

Some people know how to adapt to eating throughout the day, but for me I find that eating at night is best for me. I find that as long as I stay under 30 calories in my under-eating phase, then I can still power through the day no problem and still be able to eat at night. Falling asleep the moment I'm done eating is always a plus.

How many of you started the Warrior Diet? How long have you been doing it?

If I Had a Choice

What battles have you been fighting lately?

Often I find myself struggling and worrying about how to get by. Other times I worry whether being an entrepreneur will break me into pieces. Then I find myself worrying about what people think of me and how they judge me. I then start stressing and eventually I find myself falling apart.

Lately though, I find myself fighting. I start to resist, but then I accept the situations that I find myself in. Only then can I make adjustments, and then can I adapt.

Whether you feel like you are on a losing streak or not... march forward. Keep fighting your battles, and keep holding on to your faith.

You'll succeed one way or another!
